Lefty & Olive in puppet form bedazzled  by the sites & sounds of India  In the hour, Sgt. Lefty (Joe Bev) and Olive Pitts (Lorie Kellogg) are magically whisked off to India for their honeymoon by famous Indian magician Kutmar Kutmar (Joe Bev), leaving the Camp Waterloggers bewildered: Ellis da Boatkeeper, Adam Maxwell, Woody, Lil Andy (all Joe Bev)  and Elise, Like, and Mrs. Terwilliger (all Lorie Kellogg). Meanwhile, Stinky and Luigi (both Kenny Savoy) start digging out of a freak snow storm.  Since he was twelve, Joe Bev has been creating original radio theater, first from his childhood bedroom in Iselin, New Jersey. Forty years later, Bev has defied fickle broadcasting trends and found a home for his audio theater on such radio stations as WBAI, WNYC, and networks such NPR and Sirius-XM, around the world via Internet radio, Audible, Amazon and Blackstone Audio. The Comedy-O-Rama is story and character driven improvisation--recorded in and around their Napanoch, NY house in the woods--that goes beyond sketch comedy to blossom into full fledged radio theater. Husband and wife creative team Joe Bev and Lorie Kellogg created the series for XM Radio in 2002. 124 shows and 13 years later, the series is heard weekly on public radio stations nationwide, streamed on the web at bearmanorradio.com, and podcast anytime all over the Internet, including waterlogg.com.

Joe Bev began making up stories into a tape recorder  when he was twelve in 1971. 44 years and hundreds of hours of radio broadcasting later, and he’s still creating unusual audio that defies categorization. Whether it is creating a half-hour radio play for XM Satellite Radio, documentaries, features or personal essays for National Public Radio, or performing on stage before a live audience, he has made a career out of imaginative storytelling in the best aural traditions of the past.

Lorie Kellogg is the co-producer. Kellogg started her education at the Kansas City Art Institute. There she studied painting, printmaking, photography, commercial design and video. She continued to Graduate School at the California Institute of the Arts where she received her MFA in Film/Video. Lorie is a graphic designer creating websites, logos, newsletters, newspaper & magazine layout, package design, ad design, and edits video & audio.

Joe Bevilacqua, also known as Joe Bev, is primarily known as a radio theater dramatist, but his career has taken him into every aspect of show business, including stage, film, and television, as a producer, director, writer, actor, and even cartoonist. In 1971 his father bought him a cassette recorder, on which he created his first audio story, Willoughby and the Professor, acting all the voices himself at the age of twelve. In 1975 Daws Butler, the voice of Yogi Bear and many other Hanna-Barbera and Jay Ward cartoon characters, dubbed himself Bevilacqua’s personal mentor after hearing a 120-minute cassette of Willoughby improvisations. Since 1980 Bevilacqua has produced many award-winning radio programs for National Public Radio, Sirius-XM Satellite Radio, and others.
