SATURDAYS
1:00 pm EST   10:00 am PST

Joe Bevilacqua, who is also known as Joe Bev, performs nearly half the characters on the show.  His wife and creative partner Lorie B. Kellogg also performs many characters on the show. Other characters are played by Kenny Savoy and Jim Folly, members of the Liquid Comedy troupe since 1979.

Bev's Comedy-O-Rama Hour is the highest rated show on Cult-Radio-A-Go-Go! - a feat all the more impressive since the show is doesn't rely on "potty humor".

"Laurel & Hardy, Our Gang, Bugs Bunny--these are what make me laugh and, except for an occasional double entendre, the humor was clean. I work extra hard to make sure our 'funny' is 'family friendly'," says Joe Bev.

Bev is starting another show The Jazz-O-Rama Hour coming June 23, 2 pm (ET) / 11 am (PT) on CRAGG (Cult Radio-A-Go-Go!) Each week, he will follow his Comedy-O-Rama Hour with an hour of vintage Jazz from 78RPM records from his personal collection.

The Jazz-O-Rama Hour Coming June 23, 2 pm (ET) / 11 am (PT), on CRAGG (Cult Radio-A-Go-Go!)

Each week, Joe Bev follows his Comedy-O-Rama Hour with an hour of vintage Jazz
from 78RPM records from his personal collection.

"CRAGG is happy to announce that we are adding a new vintage JAZZ show hosted by Joe Bev from Camp Waterlogg A-Go-Go fame consisting of music & history from old 20's/30's 78 RPMs!" it was posted on Cult Radio-A-Go-Go's Facebook page today. http://www.cultradioagogo.com

Jazz-O-Rama is an hour of the lighter side of early jazz--presented by Joe Bevilacqua (Joe Bev.)--from his personal 78rpm record collection.
http://www.cultradioagogo.com

Joe Bev has been producing radio in many genres since 1971 when he was 12. At 19 in 1980, Bev became the youngest person to produce a radio show for public radio. He co-hosted The Jazz Show with Garret Gega in the early 80s, a four hour a week mix classic jazz and comedy. Bev also worked for WBGO, Jazz 88 in Newark, NJ and produced documentaries for WNYC New York Public Radio on jazz legends including Louis Armstrong, Wynton Marsalis, Count Basie, Woody Herman, Cab Calloway, and Lionel Hampton.

Bev also produces, directs, writes and voices half of The Comedy-O-Rama Hour, which is the highest rated show on CRAGG.

CRAGG creator-owners Terry & Tiffany Dufoe add, "This is the music I listen to when I am not listening to Cult Radio A-Go-Go! and NOW thanks to Joe Bev CRAGG has the history and legacy of vintage Jazz. Joe will be the only host in CRAGG history to host two separate 60 minute shows at the same time!"

If that were not enough, Joe Bev also produces a third weekly radio hour, Cartoon Carnival, the first radio cartoon show ever, and his audiobooks are available on Amazon, iTunes, Audiobookmart, Theaudiobookstore, and Audible for Kindle, Blackberry, Android, iPhone, iPod or iPad download, or CD purchase or rental, as well as heard on Sirius-XM's Book Radio channel 80.

He is also the voice of Commander Crumpet for the Bob Camp (Ren & Stimpy) designed iPhone game Tanks of Fury produced by Iversoft, and the voice of Unicycler Cat for the North Bay Corp.TV & radio campaign.

"I've been wanting to share my 79 record collection with listeners for years, so I am very excited to present my new Jazz-O-Rama Hour!" says Joe Bev.

Each week's show will have a theme. The June 23 premiere Jazz-O-Rama will be:
"Louder & Funnier"
In the hour:
Louder & Funnier - The Coon Sanders Orchestra (1927)
Smiling Skies - Benny Meroff (1928)

Terry & Tiffany DuFoe, the creators and owners of Cult Radio A-Go-Go! announced today on Twitter: "@cult_radio Congratulating @joebev3d 4 having the highest rated CRSB radio show on last Saturdays schedule June 2nd Camp Waterlogg pic.twitter.com/84EyBGk8."

The Comedy-O-Rama Hour, the improvisational comedy radio theater, began its 5th season in February, to its highest audience numbers ever. In the past 17 weeks, the show has helped Cult Radio-A-Go-Go! garner over 100,000 listeners per week worldwide.

Comedy-O-Rama Hour
Highest Rated Show
on Cult-Radio-A-Go-Go!

Comedy-O-Rama--the brainchild of real-life husband and wife Joe Bevilacqua (Joe Bev.) and Lorie Kellogg--was cancelled after a successful four year run on XM Radio, a casualty of the Sirius XM merger. The new shows air every Saturday at 1:00pm (EST) / 10:00am (PST). Listeners can hear The Comedy-O-Rama Hour LIVE online from anywhere at http://www.cultradioagogo.com

THANKS SO MUCH!
"We are back in full force," boasts Bevilacqua. "Clearly, audiences are moving away from the rigid formulas of traditional TV and radio. The future of entertainment is on the Internet, where anything is possible!"

Joe Bev. credits this shift as the reason The Comedy-O-Rama Hour is attracting celebrity guest stars to ad-lib as characters in the "Camp Waterlogg-A-Go-Go!" stories. 2012 guests have included Rick Overton, Stuart Pankin, Julie Newmar, Bob Greenberg, Nancy Cartwright, Phil Proctor, and June Foray.

"The Love Goddess" Judy Tenuta will guest star on The Comedy-O-Rama Hour on Saturday, June 16, as part of the third hour of a trilogy Wedding story.

Bevilacqua and Kellogg portray 80% of the character's voices on the show, which is 50% improvisational and recorded on location at their home and surrounding woods in the Catskills of New York State. Other characters are played by James Folly, Kenny Savoy, and Tom Giannazzo.

Waterlogg Productions Expands Company to Include Distribution of Independent Audio Producers

Radio Tales for the Road:
Transformational Journeys Through Time, Space and Memory, Volume One

Written & Narrated
by Barbara Bernstein

Available at Amazon, iTunes, Audiobookmart, Theaudiobookstore, and Audible for Kindle, Blackberry, Android, iPhone, iPod or iPad download, or CD purchase or rental.

Waterlogg Productions has expanded its company and will begin distributing the audio work of independent producers, alongside its own line, announced Joe Bevilacqua, president of audio production company.

"There are hundreds of hours of great audio not being heard on radio today," says Bevilacqua. "Radio theater, comedy, long form documentary are no longer heard in any great amount, even on public radio. But with the proliferation of high speed Internet, Wi-FI, and handheld devices, these neglected genres are finding new audiences."

Bevilacqua's first outing into distribution is Radio Tales for the Road, an ongoing series of transformational journeys through time, space and memory, written, produced, and narrated by public radio stalwart Barbara Bernstein.
Radio Tales fore the Road, Volume 1 available at Amazon, iTunes, Audiobookmart, Theaudiobookstore, and Audible for Kindle, Blackberry, Android, iPhone, iPod or iPad download, or CD purchase or rental.

Combining story-telling, documentary audio, radio drama, and original music, Radio Tales are vivid recollections of the Summer of Love, the Days of Rage, discovering the wilderness, and the dysfunctional families that propelled so many of us to create our own realities. These wild and edgy tales dispel the notion that if you remember the sixties you weren't really there.

In "Getting Lost", Bernstein contrasts personal experiences of being lost in the wilderness, as a young hippie gets lost in Big Sur on her first trip out west and then 30 years later as a seasoned hiker, when she gets lost in a canyon in Southern Utah and meets the many faces of Coyote the Trickster.

In "Hidden Waters", Bernstein explores life and death on underground rivers and underwater waterfalls, the ghosts of once abundant salmon fisheries that were formally waterfalls and rapids, now inundated behind the dams on the Columbia River, and then a culverted river in the producer's hometown on the day of her father's funeral.

Radio Tales for the Road was broadcast on Oregon Public Broadcasting, KBOO-FM, and other stations in 2000 and 2003.

Barbara Bernstein has been producing radio documentaries for over 20 years and has received numerous awards, including quite a few NFCB Golden and Silver Reels and two NLGJA Radio awards. Her most recent productions are two one-hour documentaries" Sculpted by Fire and Urban Green. Bernstein is also a guitarist, vocalist, violist, and composer. She plays European Cabaret and tangos with a band called Padam Padam.

After many successful years in public radio, Joe Bevilacqua wacky improvisational radio theater show The Comedy-O-Rama Hour aired for four years on XM Radio. NEW Comedy-O-Rama Hours now air every Saturday 1:00pm (EST) / 10:00am (PST) on Cult Radio-A-Go-Go! http://www.cultradioagogo.com. His audiobooks are also heard on Sirius-XM's Book Radio Channel 80.
