Joe Bev has been producing radio in many genres since 1971 when he was twelve. At 19 in 1980, Bev became the youngest person to produce a radio show for public radio. He co-hosted The Jazz Show with Garret Gega in the early 80s, a four hour a week mix classic jazz and comedy. Bev also worked for WBGO, Jazz 88 in Newark, NJ and produced documentaries for WNYC New York Public Radio on jazz legends including Louis Armstrong, Wynton Marsalis, Count Basie, Woody Herman, Cab Calloway, and Lionel Hampton.






Bev also produces, directs, writes and voices half of The Comedy-O-Rama Hour, which is has been highest rated radio show on Cult Radio A-Go-Go! for many weeks.  Joe Bev's other weekly radio show, The Jazz-O-Rama Hour debuted two Saturdays ago at #2.


The veteran voice actor is about to add his third hour for Cult Radio, called The Joe Bev Experience which will air right after The Jazz-O-Rama Hour, giving him a three hour block of air time. More details will be announced on Monday.

Here's a cure for the post July 4th blues! Part 2 of Comedy-O-Rama Fourth of July Special which airs Saturday, July 7, 1 pm (ET) on CRAGG http://www.cultradioagogo.com.

It's still raining cats and dogs (and children) this Fourth of July and the Camp Waterlogg gang are trapped indoors recalling a holiday of the past. Along the way, there is also a Daws Butler Uncle Dunkle cartoon about George Washington.

That's the premise for this Saturday's special edition of The Comedy-O-Rama Hour, Joe Bev and Lorie Kellogg's weekly radio theater show airing every Saturday 1 pm (ET) / 10 am (PT) on Internet radio station  http://www.cultradioagogo.com.  (CRAGG).


The husband and wife team create a brand new hour of radio comedy every week, providing most of the character's voices, writing and improvising the story-lines and adding music and sound effects. This week's show also features Liquid Comedy's Cousin Kenny Savoy.


The Comedy-O-Rama Hour has been highest rated radio show on Cult Radio A-Go-Go! for many weeks. Joe Bev's other WEEKLY radio show, The Jazz-O-Rama Hour debuted two Saturdays ago at #2.

The new Comedy-O-Rama Hour is now in its 21 week on the air. The show had a four year successful run on Sirius XM Radio. Since returning, Comedy-O-Rama has attracted such celebrity guests as Rick Overton, Stuart Pankin, Bob Camp, Phil Proctor, June Foray, Nancy Cartwright, Bob Greenberg, Julie Newmar, Judy Tentua. Upcoming guests include Denny Dillon, Elayne Boosler, Chuck McCann, and Janet Waldo.



Joe Bevilacqua is the winner of the 2012 New York TANYS Award for Excellence in Acting. He has performed at the Improv, Caroline's on Broadway, Catch a Rising Star, the Comic Strip, opened for Uncle Floyd, worked with Al Franken, Shelley Berman, Louis Black and Rick Overton. Joe has also MC'd shows featuring Jerry Seinfeld, Bill Mahr and Gilbert Gottfried. He has been regularly heard on National Public Radio and Sirius-XM Radio. Joe hosts and produces The Comedy-O-Rama Hour and The Jazz-O-Rama Hour on Cult Radio-Go-Go! as well as Cartoon Carnival and other radio programs and audiobooks.


Lorie Kellogg started her education at the Kansas City Art Institute. There she studied painting, printmaking, photography, commercial design and video. She continued to Graduate School at the California Institute of the Arts where she received her MFA in Film/Video.  Lorie is a graphic designer creating websites, logos, newsletters, newspaper & magazine layout, package design, ad design, and edits video & audio. On Comedy-O-Rama, Lorie voices Ranger Lorie, Olive Pitts, Lkie (Sqweeky), Mrs. Terwilliger,  and the other half of voices in the Pedro cartoons.
