As if Joe Bevilacqua (Joe Bev) doesn't have enough to do producing and hosting two one hour weekly radio shows, online radio powerhouse Cult Radio-A-Go-Go! (CRAGG) has tapped the veteran NPR Sirius-XM radio personality to produce and host a third!

The Joe Bev Experience premieres premieres Saturday, July 21 at 3 pm ET / noon PT on http://www.cultradioagogo.com, right after Joe Bev's Comedy-O-Rama Hour and Jazz-O-Rama Hour (part of "The Joe Bev 3-Hour Block" starting 1 pm ET)

The new radio hour is an anthology series representing the depth and breath of Bev's 40-plus year career in audio storytelling, from documentary to radio drama, and new and classic installments of Bev's older radio show Cartoon Carnival (still heard on many stations).

"A 60 minute show of alternating different shows & chapters of your audio books. I think it's a great fresh idea!!! Very excited!" Exclaimed Cult Radio-A-Go-Go! co-owner Terry DuFoe, who equates The Joe Bev Experience with the 1970s television anthology The NBC Mystery Movie, which featured rotating episodes of Columbo, McMillian and Wife, McCloud, etc.

"It is difficult to fit all of my audio work into one format. I guess this is the reason I have a comedy show, a jazz show, and now an 'everything else' show!" jokes Bev.

On the premiere Joe Bev Experience will be a new episode (the 53rd) of Cartoon Carnival, in which one of Bev's many alter egos Mr. Jazzbo (a talking 78 RPM record) introduces soundtracks from Max Fleischer and Warner Brothers Cartoons that feature classic jazz. More details about this first show will be announced later this week.

Joe Bevilacqua is the winner of the 2012 New York TANYS Award for Excellence in Acting. He has performed at the Improv, Caroline's on Broadway, Catch a Rising Star, the Comic Strip, opened for Uncle Floyd, worked with Al Franken, Shelley Berman, Louis Black and Rick Overton. Joe has also MC'd shows featuring Jerry Seinfeld, Bill Mahr and Gilbert Gottfried. He has been regularly heard on National Public Radio and Sirius-XM Radio and has produced hundreds of hours of audiobook, available at http://www.waterlogg.com.
