"Desperate Housewives" actor Stuart Pankin visits Joe Bev's wacky "Camp Waterlogg" on the next Comedy-O-Rama Hour, Saturday, June 8, 2:30 pm ET, 11:30 am PT, on Internet radio powerhouse Cult Radio-A-Go-Go! (http://www.cultradioagogo.com).



The Comedy-O-Rama Hour is the brainchild of husband and wife Joe Bevilacqua (Joe Bev) and Lorie Kellogg. After a successful four year run on Sirius XM Radio, the improvisational comedy radio theater hour moved to Cult Radio-A-Go-Go! online where its audience numbers have increased 10 fold in 10 weeks.

On the Saturday June 8 show, Pankin has bought the movie rights to Sgt. Lefty's life. Lefty, played by Joe Bev, lost his right arm in Viet Nam. Meanwhile, Ellis the Boatkeeper (also Joe Bev) wants to be a model for Mrs. Neato (Lorie Kellogg).

The hour also features Bill Marx talking about his father Harpo Marx, from the audiobook Son of Harpo Speaks (available from Waterlogg Productions at Audible, Amazon and iTunes).

In addition, Bev voices two Uncle Dunkle cartoons written by Daws Butler, the late voice actor and mentor.

Joe Bevilacqua is the winner of the 2012 New York TANYS Award for Excellence in Acting. He has performed at the Improv, Caroline's on Broadway, Catch a Rising Star, the Comic Strip, opened for Uncle Floyd, worked with Al Franken, Shelley Berman, Lewis Black and Rick Overton. Joe has also MC'd shows featuring Jerry Seinfeld, Bill Mahr and Gilbert Gottfried. He has been regularly heard on National Public Radio and Sirius-XM Radio.

Lorie started her education at the Kansas City Art Institute. There she studied painting, printmaking, photography, commercial design and video. She continued to Graduate School at the California Institute of the Arts where she received her MFA in Film/Video. 
Lorie is a graphic designer creating websites, logos, newsletters, newspaper & magazine layout, package design, ad design, and edits video & audio. On Comedy-O-Rama, Lorie voices Ranger Lorie, Olive Pitts, Lkie (Sqweeky), Mrs. Terwilliger,  and the other half of voices in the Pedro cartoons.

Stuart Pankin is a familiar face on both the big and small screen, comic character actor  is a five-time nominated, CableAce Award winner for HBO's award-winning series "Not Necessarily The News." He is well-known for providing the voice of Earl Sinclair, the blustery father, on the Emmy award-winning "Dinosaurs." (He sang on, and composed two songs for, the Disney album "Dinosaurs: The Big Songs", and performed Earl on the "Dinosaurs: Classic Tales" tape release.)

Now in its 43th week on Cult Radio-A-Go-Go! (and its 103th since 2002 including the Sirius XM broadcasts), The Comedy-O-Rama Hour is produced by Joe Bevilacqua (Joe Bev).

The couple have been working together since they met in 1996. They recently toured with their Vaudeville in the Catskills stage show, in which they performed "Lambchops" the classic Burns and Allen comedy routine, and Bev MCd and performed the classic Abbott and Costello routine Who's On First? with Bob Greenberg. A second tour is planned for 2013 (TBA).

A rare never before heard recording of Daws Butler as Yogi Bear will be heard on the Saturday, May 12th edition of Joe Bev's Comedy-O-Rama Hour, which airs ONLINE every Saturday at 1:00pm (EST) / 9:00am (PST) at http://www.cultradioagogo.com.


The show will feature two dream scenes in which Ranger Joe (played by Joe Bev) and Lkie (played by Lorie Kellogg) each talk to Yogi Bear.

"I thought it would be fun to improvised against these recordings Daws made so many years ago," explains Bev, who was a protege of Daws Butler and can do most of Butler's characters.
Mr. Jinks, Huckleberry Hound, Wally Gator and Super Snooper are also heard during the hour, performed by Joe Bev.

The late Greg Burson voiced Yogi Bear after Daws Butler died in 1988. Dan Aykroyd voiced Yogi Bear in the movie.

This Saturday's show will also fearure the first new Our Miss Brooks story since 1959, with Lorie Kellogg taking over the Eve Arden role and Joe Bev as Gale Gordon's Mr. Conklin.

The Comedy-O-Rama Hour is the brainchild of husband and wife team Joe Bevilacqua (Joe Bev) and Lorie Kellogg. The show had a four year successful run on Sirius XM Radio.
